He was involved in the arts from an early age, initially in music and then moving to London in 2004. It was here that his passion for the world of tattoos began to grow, and his first contact with the area was in bodypiercing, where he practiced for 7 years. During this time he worked in various tattoo studios with numerous tattoo artists, which sparked an even greater interest in the area.

He began his career professionally when he returned to Portugal. He specializes in the American Old School style, but offers versatility in other styles.

Inês Rafael

BBTP head piercer

Born in Lisbon, Inês has been working as BBTP's head piercer since 2018, having worked in the field for around 7 years. She has always been interested in the world of body piercing, but it was at the age of 18 that the opportunity to make her dream a career arose, after completing her apprenticeship.

Inês' main goal is to create a positive experience for the public when it comes to body piercing, and she seeks to do this through consensual and informed piercing, hygiene, biosafety and ethics, implant-grade materials and through a wide selection of the highest quality jewelry.

She has received numerous training courses in the area, attends workshops and conferences at national and international level and values continuous education in order to provide her clients with the best possible service.
